I'm having a hard time finding the answer to the following:
can you change the source code to a ticket order after the fact?
We had some of our packages sourced wrong and are trying to correct them. I thought I had found the solution but apparently it wasn't the correct answer.

Yes, but you have to do it from the Orders tab on the constituent record. Here are the details:

I tried from the orders tab but the chicklets are not allowing me to change them. Is this a security setting that needs to be changed?
