Performance is locked in a flexible package

Hello!

I am building a flex package.  Everything appears to be setup correctly...price type on indiv. shows and packages, maps all have current date parameters set etc...

At the performance selection window after I have added the package to the order, I get a dialogue box that says "Performance is locked and cannot be selected"

Eek!  How would one unlock a performance?  This one is a first for me.

    Check the On Sale check box for the performance in Production Elements.  If it is unchecked, no sales can be made to the performance.
