Pulling Promo Codes

All promo codes are also source codes so yes you should be able to see everything separated.  The Performance by Appeal report will split that out for you.  Perhaps you could expand a bit on the set up because I’m not sure you can have several promo codes under the same source number.

Tessitura newbie here.

We just offered a discount for one of our shows both on our website and through phone and walk-up offers. We used a few different promo codes so we can track how each one did.

This is the first time the company has used promo codes in years. IT was set-up so that all the promo codes for one show (all for the same price) are under the same Source Number.

Is there anyway to separate how each promo code did within the source number?
