Amount off order?

Hi Amy,

In v10 there isn’t a great way to do it. You can make it work using
editable pricing, but your box office staff will have to manually
calculate how to distribute the discount across the tickets in the
order.

In v11, though, there is a new feature called Allocate Price, which you
can use to set a price for the order as a whole and then it will
automatically distribute that price among the tickets in the order. You

Marketing wants to offer a promotion where its a specific dollar value
off of an entire order. I can't figure out how to do this. I was
thinking about making a negative fee, but you can't use a negative fee
amount. Any ideas as to how to make this work?
