Good morning.
Is it possible to run UP_UPDATE_ZONE_NO on specific performances? I know you can update it by season, but we'd like to make certain performances within a season have differently designated price zones.

You can’t create a new zone in Season Maintenance. You can only apply existing zones, allowing you to change the zone on a seat from A to B, for example. If you already have an existing zone for which you have not assigned a price on any of your price maps, you can apply it, but then you’ll have to go back to your price maps and add the price to your price maps.
If you need to add a new zone, I think you can add it to the zone map in facility manager and then apply it seats in Season Maintenance. You would probably have to run the facility update scripts first to make sure the zone is available for your existing performances. The new zone should be automatically added to the price maps tied to the zone map, but you will have to go in and manually assign a price to that zone. I’m not 100% sure on all of that, though, so you should try it out in Test first.

Thank you all SO MUCH for this information-I just set up our entire season and we're about to roll over Friday and I realized a zone error that applied to the majority of the performances, I almost cried when I realized this!
I was able to change the zones in season maintenance and it's all fine now. I just had to say thanks to all for the information and certainly saving me from a breakdown, Tessitura Network is such a valuable resource and I'm so glad to be a part of it!
