Inactive reasons

Hello,

We're looking for options on how to name the Inactive Reason for an idividual patron who's record does not qualify to be targeted for solicitations or marketing.  We want to inactivate the record but are looking for examples of how we can describe the reason. 

Any suggestions?

  • Hi Tatiana,

     

    Do these accounts have any purchase information in them? What we do at First Stage is use attributes to remove people from mailing lists, phone lists or email lists. You can set the attribute to be N1, N2 or both if only one of the people wants to be exempted. This way the account stays active but they will not get solicitations. You can than suppress those people from your extractions.
