How can I cancel an invoice payment? I created a ticket order and paid with "Invoice" payment. But the ticket needs to be comped now so I have to cancel the invoice payment and return the ticket to comp them. What should I do?

You will have to return the ticket first and put the "money" on account. from there, you can use the on account money to pay for the invoice to close it out. Hope this helps. ~ Karen
