Adding seats to an existing seat map

Patrick - is it possible that you are at the maximum rows and columns for the screen?  The number of rows and columns are listed to the right of the screen name in the map tree [Rows,Columns].  You may only add seats within the columns and rows specified when the screen was created originally.  When looking at the seat map the Physical Seat notation at the very bottom left of the screen will tell you the row:colmn position for the seat you are hovering over.  If the position you are trying to add has a blank physical seat then you are outside the footprint of the map.  You may add new screens to the facility to add additional seats.

I'm following up on this old thread to see if there is a way to add rows to a screen that already exists within a facility. I can't find a way to do this, and I think this is what the original poster was also trying to do. Has anything possibly changed in the last 6 years? I'm assuming not, since I'm not finding it in the documentation anywhere...
