Adding seats to an existing seat map

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to add seats to a GA house we use so that we can use them for oversell seats. I am having a heck of a time figuring out how to do this. I've tried to find information in learning and resources but just can't seem to find what I need.

Any thoughts or help would be great.

    The problem I am running into is that I can’t even add the seats in Facility Manager.

    Here is a knowledgebase article about utilities that might need to be run after you edit the facility.
