Adjusting Contributions created in a ticket order

According to the Contributions document it says that contributions placed through the ticket order screen cannot be adjusted the ways contributions done through the contribution screen can, is there any way around this?

  • Sorry, I didn't mention that I'm trying to adjust contributions after an order is complete.  I can't find the order number for the contribution.  Also, when I double click on the contribution I can only see the contribution detail and cannot adjust the contribution.  I'm not sure if this is making any sense.

  • If you haven't worked in a ticket order before you might want to work with someone from your ticketing office but its pretty easy to work with, especially if you're just working with the contribution.

    Its easier if you do know the order number so go the Orders tab for the constituent in question and click into the orders that are there then click on the "contributions" tab.
