Quick search by event title

Hello,

Wondering if anyone knows of a way (or how to set up) a 'quick search' using keywords on events set up on Tess.

We have nearly 90 events during a 3 month period and a variety of staff using the system so it can be tricky to know exactly which event the customer is referring to if they don't know the exact title or the date of the show they have heard about.

Does anyone have an easy way of doing this at their venue? We don't really use the hot list facility as on the whole our shows sell fairly evenly (although there occasional exceptions to the rule!)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Laura

  • While in Ticketing click Product Catalog, Product Search and type any string on the Text line.  The text line searches just about anything on an event including content tab information.
