Hello Everyone,
It's about that time of year and the build has commenced. We are changing to a new web vendor who is currently in the process of building our new purchase path for season tickets. In the past, our season tickets were like a flex in that our patrons could pick any day and any time. That is where our "subscriptions" depart from the norm. This year we were going to use the flex packages option in Tessitura. As I am starting to test this option I'm realizing some problems:
1) Our web vendor made it seem that under this option, subscribers can different numbers of seats for each performance as this is currently what we allow. As I was testing, this presented itself to not be the the case. Is our web vendor incorrect in telling us this was possible?
2) We have two different performance spaces with different prices. They also have different price types. Is there a way to assign the correct price types in the order or do I need to create one price type for all performances?
Any responses to these question would be super helpful. Also, if anyone wants to contact me directly for advice, please do.

Thanks Kevin. That is what I thought but figured it wouldn’t hurt to bounce it off the Network.

Hi Chris,
The same number of seats must be selected for all performances in a flex package. And you do need to have the same price type on all performances that make up the flex package (though they can all use different price maps).
