We have just moved our offices to a new location and I am having trouble getting the Boca ticket printer to stop at the right break and cut the ticket. When I press the Test ticket button, it prints out part of the test ticket text and stops more than half way into the next ticket. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks for any input.

Along the way the default settings might have gotten messed up. To do a re-set turn the printer off. Push in the Test button and then turn the printer on. This sometimes helps.
Have you changed computers or ticket stock?
We also have had problems in the past that could be fixed by selecting the 'clear download' menu and then resetting to the default settings. Cleaning the printer is also always a good first step.
