We have just moved our offices to a new location and I am having trouble getting the Boca ticket printer to stop at the right break and cut the ticket. When I press the Test ticket button, it prints out part of the test ticket text and stops more than half way into the next ticket. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks for any input.

Not sure if this helps or not. We were having problems with some of our Boca's spitting out an extra blank ticket and a half after each print job. When we cleaned the print head and the optic eye it helped with that problem. Considering that you just moved it's possible that something has become loose or dirty during the transition. I'd suggest doing a quick clean and seeing if that helps.
