We do not have infomaker installed on our server, and I am just a Box Office manager. We do not have an IT staff person. I need to pull data for renewal forms from the rollovers I created. Does anyone know of a way to get all of the necessary data out in one report? Last year I pulled the order info and the constituent info separately, then did a merge in Excel. That process is very involved and it seems there should be an easier way. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Thank you this would be great, except when I pull the forms all that shows up are random seat numbers, no other data is on the form at all. Just blank forms with random numbers on them. I may have to open a ticket to find out what’s wrong with the forms.

I would run the Subs Renewal Notice report and save it as an Excel file. (Make sure to have the “Include Data Labels” checked. I forget sometimes and it’s just a hassle trying to figure out which column is which.) Our renewal format requires me to make some creative editing in order to get the info I need so yours may depend on how it’s set up.
I hope this helps.

I bet that report is an Infomaker report with embedded subreports, which don't save as Excel.
Having access to SQL Management Studio would really help. No-IT-staff is rough in this situation...
