creating renewal forms without Infomaker

We do not have infomaker installed on our server, and I am just a Box Office manager. We do not have an IT staff person. I need to pull data for renewal forms from the rollovers I created. Does anyone know of a way to get all of the necessary data out in one report? Last year I pulled the order info and the constituent info separately, then did a merge in Excel. That process is very involved and it seems there should be an easier way. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

  • Thank you this would be great, except when I pull the forms all that shows up are random seat numbers, no other data is on the form at all. Just blank forms with random numbers on them. I may have to open a ticket to find out what’s wrong with the forms.

I would run the Subs Renewal Notice report and save it as an Excel file. (Make sure to have the “Include Data Labels” checked. I forget sometimes and it’s just a hassle trying to figure out which column is which.) Our renewal format requires me to make some creative editing in order to get the info I need so yours may depend on how it’s set up.

    I hope this helps.
