Hello,
I have received a request to print ticket headers (and only headers - no tickets or receipts) for current subscribers. I know I can go into each order and print headers individually, but that seems like not the most efficient answer.
Any suggestions?
Thanks again,
Lesley
I don't know if this would work. I have not tried it. But it seems like it might. be worth a test, as an alternative to Karen's (super clever) suggestion.
If you did the print job during off hours (or just asked others not to print tickets for a short period), and then turned off the print_ind on all perfs in question for all modes of sale in question, and then did the batch print job including headers, maybe then only the headers would come out because none of the perfs are set as printable?

What I’ve done before is a batch print but sorting by Print Type and then Customer Name. This puts all the header cards in the beginning of the print and then you just stop the print at the end of all the header cards.
I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if need me to clarify this.

I am just curious why it needs to be a header. Could you run labels instead? It seems like it would be easier....

Hi Lesley, Did you find a way to do this? We might need to do the same so would love to hear what you did.
Thanks in advance,
Jeri
