Hi, I am trying to run a seat cancellation in Season Manager including a list but it is not finding any reservations. The list includes the person with a reservation but it is not showing when running the process. If i remove the list the reservation shows up.
Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening?

There might be something in the filters you’ve chosen that the orders/reservations do not have.

I have double checked all of this and there is nothing i can see. I have kept all the seat cancellation screen settings the same with and without the list and the list just contains the filters of MOS which includes 'counter' which the reservation was done in. The reservation shows up without adding the list and the constituent ID with the reservation is showing in the list.
any other ideas?
I’m not sure why it’s giving you that problem. I did notice though that you filtered your list based on MOS which is also a criteria on the Seat Cancellation set up. Is there a conflict there maybe?
