Can't find orders

select “No” for the “Seated” dropdown and using other
appropriate filters.

Hello,
We are having an issue finding some orders that came in online that are
fully paid , but unseated. We have used Single Sale Order Listing, but
its not showinig all orders that it should. Not sure why it shows some
unseated order butnot others? I might add that we purposefully made
them unseated orders.
Anyone have any suggestions to be able to find these unseated, paid
orders?
