Group Exchanges in a new order

We do all of our exchanges in a new mode of sale created specifically for ticket exchanges.  Our groups department is finding this process very cumbersome as they cannot block release a group of seats when they are in a new order.  Does anyone know if there is a setting to allow a block release in a new order or if block releasing is only allowed in the original order?

    Hi Michelle,

     

    You can only release (individually or in blocks) unprinted seats, and you can only do that in the original order.  You cannot return printed seats in blocks from the seat map.  You could return a group of seats together from the sub line items tab by selecting multiple slis and then clicking return, but that too has to be done in the original order.
