Hi All,
We are considering sending automatic letters and e-mails to various patrons before and/or after they attend a performance. Does anyone else do this? Where would I find this in Tessitura? I know Development sends acknowledgement letters but I don't find anything for Ticketing.
Any help or recommendation is appreciated!

If you use an email program that is integrated with Tessitura (such as Wordfly or Mail2), you can set triggers to send emails before or after performances.
