Automated Letters and E-mails

Hi All,

We are considering sending automatic letters and e-mails to various patrons before and/or after they attend a performance. Does anyone else do this? Where would I find this in Tessitura? I know Development sends acknowledgement letters but I don't find anything for Ticketing.

Any help or recommendation is appreciated!

  • If you use an email program that is integrated with Tessitura (such as Wordfly or Mail2), you can set triggers to send emails before or after performances.
