Sorry to ask a silly question but - have you clicked Generate after saving your list? It's something that I sometimes forget to do when building a list in a hurry!!

Good Morning All!

We have our Ballet School on Tess and I was trying to build a list of students for a particular class.  When I setup criteria, no members are created on the list.  I have tried using MOS education (which is what the school uses).  I have tried date parameters (that specific to "perf" date and tried using the "between" option) still, no members populate the list.  I have also tried using the performance name and still to no avail!!!!  Any suggestions as to what might be going on!!

I'm not sure how you've got things set up but it sounds as though your classes are built as performances and your registration is done through ticketing orders in a specific MOS.

If this is the case you'll want to be sure that the Ticket History is being updated on Constituent record.  There is a procedure that needs to run to take care of this.  It is the Ticket History that List Manager looks for when generating such lists.

If you need something immediate you might be able to run a Performance Seating Book for the specific class you're interested in.
