Some of us at work were recently upgraded to new PCs with Windows 7 and we're having a hard time getting the screens in Tessitura to display properly. Under Tools/Preferences the Seating Map font size is set to 20 and the display settings on my desktop are set to "Medium - 125%", but the resolution is less than ideal and the screens don't seem to be filling the whole screen properly as they did on my previous version of Windows (screen shot of current display attached). Does anyone have any advice for what settings I should be using on the desktop or in Tessitura to resolve this problem?
Thanks!
Amy Finch
Hi Amy,
Some screens just don’t take advantage of the additional space offered by higher screen resolutions, like the seat map.
If you don’t like medium fonts, you can use small without any problems. In v11 small is the recommended setting.

Kevin,
I work for Rockport Music and handle all contribution payments and constituent updates. I cam einto work today to find the Regular Fonts on Terminal Server change to the now standard small font to my dismay. I cannot read the small font and am hoping there is a way to revert the display back to what I had previously. I have an eyesight handicap which does not allow me to process small fonts...
I would appreciate any assistance you can offer since I cannot work with this new fornt. I have tried enlarging my computer fonts but it has not helped.
Thanks,

Hi George,
As Rockport is a RAMP client, you’ll have to contact RAMP support (or have your system administrator contact them on your behalf) to see how they can assist you.
Thanks Kevin I will do that!
George
