I've just set up some promo codes which have a limit on the number of seats a customer can purchase (x3)
The codes all work fine, but if a customer selects more than the allowed number they are currently getting the error message "It seems these seats have been taken, please try again" <continue>"
(This is the same text I get if an empty seat is left in between seats selected)
I need to edit this text to say something more accurate "too many seats selected for current offer" or similar
I've looked in LTR_TN_Express_Web settings / cart settings / etc - all of those and also documentation here at the Network but can't find reference to this particular phrase.
Does anyone know where this particular text lives in the system tables?
I don’t have any additional solutions to add, but I figured this would be a good opportunity to highlight the new TN Express Web User guide (which it looks like Amanda referenced). The guide is a complete rewrite of the TNEW documentation and the first published in our new, easier to reference online help format. Here’s a link to the topic that explains all the different error messages and your options for customizing them:

Many thanks Amanda and Kevin for the advice.
I've read the user guide and I think a change to our config file is needed. I've emailed the tnew support team. We've just upgraded to v3 TN Express so there are a few cosmetic issues like this that I'm fine tuning.
