Hi everyone,
I have an online promo code set up, but it is not overriding the default price type. I have checked "Override Default Price Type" when setting up the offer. Also, I have made sure that there is only one default price type for the Web MOS (that caused a problem previously). Any other ideas on what I might be missing? It is causing confusion, because patrons don't look to change the price type and think the Promo Code isn't working...
Thanks!
Is the price type checked as ‘Editable” in the TR_ PRICE_TYPE table?

Brilliant! The TR_PriceType wasn't editable, but the Facility Manager Zone Maps were. I changed that and now it is overriding!
Thank you!
Grr so this did work for about half an hour and then it went back to not overriding. There is a row in tr_web_source_no and I have checked that all of the Appeal/Source/Offer/PriceType dates match up. Any other nifty tricks?
