Online ADA seat purchase verbiage

We're getting ready to open our accessible seating for online purchases.  I think we need some language  that says something like "these seats should only be purchased by patrons with mobility issues".  Does anyone have such language they'd be willing to share?  I figure no sense in recreating the wheel...

Thanks!

You could have an affidavit saying something like "do you, or an individual in your party have a mobility disability that requires the accessibility features of this seat?"  but I don't think anyone else is doing anything exactly like that right now.  You would probably want to double check the exact wording of the ADA regulation.

We’ll have a popup in SYOS that says “This space is reserved for patrons using wheelchairs.  Are you sure you want to select this?”.
