Online ADA seat purchase verbiage

We're getting ready to open our accessible seating for online purchases.  I think we need some language  that says something like "these seats should only be purchased by patrons with mobility issues".  Does anyone have such language they'd be willing to share?  I figure no sense in recreating the wheel...

Thanks!

  • We don't have a pop-up at Segerstrom Center. There's a little blurb that pops up on the seat selection screens and the seat confirmation screens:

Please note: In accordance with ADA regulations, seating areas designated as Wheelchair or Accessible are reserved for individuals that require the accessible features of these seats. Individuals purchasing these seats that do not require such features may be relocated at management discretion. For further information on accessible seating in all our venues call 714-556-2787 and speak to one of our Customer Service Specialists.

We do call patrons to find out what accommodations we need to prepare for. At that time, if they tell us that they don't require any accommodation and bought the seats because they were open, we discuss seating with them and move them to comparable locations.
