Trying to delete a facility but failing!

Hello.

We're trying to delete a Facility that was set up a while ago however we can't get rid of it.

We've managed to delete most of it, but when we try and remove 'Price Maps'  we get this Impresario Error:

"Transaction Description: Deleting price zone map

Transaction Error: SQLSTATE = 23000

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server

The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_T_WEB_SLI_DETAIL_T_PMAP". The conflict occurred in database "impresario", table "dbo.T_WEB_SLI_DETAIL", column 'pmap_no'.

SQL Statement: DBSPExec: EXECUTE IMMEDIATE :as_ExecStatement;"

Is it an actual error or just a roundabout way for Tessitura to say ‘I’m sorry, I can’t do that, Dave’?

  • Paul,

I believe the problem is that you have transactions tied to those price maps.  With that being the case, I’m not sure you can completely delete the facility.  There might be something that can be done in the backend, but I’d probably consult support about that.

  • Of course!  We deleted the performances but I suppose we should have returned all the seats before that! That's very helpful Teresa, thank you! :)
