Hello.
We're trying to delete a Facility that was set up a while ago however we can't get rid of it.
We've managed to delete most of it, but when we try and remove 'Price Maps' we get this Impresario Error:
"Transaction Description: Deleting price zone map
Transaction Error: SQLSTATE = 23000
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_T_WEB_SLI_DETAIL_T_PMAP". The conflict occurred in database "impresario", table "dbo.T_WEB_SLI_DETAIL", column 'pmap_no'.
SQL Statement: DBSPExec: EXECUTE IMMEDIATE :as_ExecStatement;"
Is it an actual error or just a roundabout way for Tessitura to say ‘I’m sorry, I can’t do that, Dave’?
Paul,
I believe the problem is that you have transactions tied to those price maps. With that being the case, I’m not sure you can completely delete the facility. There might be something that can be done in the backend, but I’d probably consult support about that.
Teresa

Of course! We deleted the performances but I suppose we should have returned all the seats before that! That's very helpful Teresa, thank you! :)
Hi Paul,
Have you used this facility for ticket sales? Sounds to me like there are sales in the database that have a reference to the price map you are trying to delete. Sorry Dave…

Hi Gary,
That's exactly it, yep. Basically we were under a really tight deadline with a new website, so to save time the decision was made to have the facility for testing set up on Live instead instead of Test (I know!), so that when it was working we didn't have to rebuild it on Live. (This was not my decision BTW!)
Explains why we've not had that error before though.
Thanks.
