exhanges in origional or new order?

Hi All,

I was wondering if most organizations process exchanges in the original order or in a new order? If you use a new order, do you use an Exchange MOS?

    Hi Suzie-

     

    We process exchanges in a new order using box office as MOS & select EXCHANGE in category.
