exhanges in origional or new order?

Hi All,

I was wondering if most organizations process exchanges in the original order or in a new order? If you use a new order, do you use an Exchange MOS?

    We always so exchanges in a new order, utilizing the Exchange MOS.  It makes things easier to track.
