We need to re-vamp our training program, and I'm wondering if anyone has training materials that really work for your organization, and if so, would you be willing to share? It could be as simple as an outline, or something that's extremely complex, or anywhere in between.

We have a step by step “cheat sheet” on many single ticket and exchange procedures that we send to our venue for their ticket reps to use. I’d be happy to email it to you. I’m not sure if it would be helpful or not, but it’s yours if you like.

Looks like we are all thinking along the same lines, as I am working on a training program too:) I'm especially looking for any documents that are examples of "Class Outlines" or "Pop Quizzes", if anyone comes across something like that. I am working on vamping our program here in the next few weeks and would be happy to share with everyone else once I get it together.
