I was wondering if it was possible to establish a way for my representatives to send email confirmations from Tessitura after completing a phone order and/or send email confirmations for complimentary ticket orders.

The overall document is about installing and configuring the API, but it includes a section about setting up emails.

I know this is from awhile ago, but did you end up setting this up? I am looking into automatically being able to send an order confirmation for all phone/in person orders. Let me know if you put this into place and if you wouldn't mind sharing your notes!
