We have a raffle ticket prize draw. We have physical tickets and I have build three facilities to reflect the
physical ticket numbers. I have built a performance with the first facility. We have already sold tickets
and NOW I'm being told how we will manage the whole thing. So I rapidly having to learn a whole, today, now.
Hoping someone out there can answer a few questions.
1. I made a Season specifically for the Raffle so that senior management can track sales. I check the EIS button but the raffle performance doesn't show up in Season Overview - ?
2. I need to use and allocation map for web sales. When I try to apply the allocation code in Season Maintainence i cannot access the raffle performance.
Its probably simple but I just can't think what I'm missing. Hope someone in the Tessitura world logs on soon!
One other thing to check is to make sure that your price map has a category of tickets

Hey Darrell,
We manually add seasons into the EIS SQL jobs when we create a new season, so you might need to do that in SQL Management Studio?
Otherwise, do check your season start and end dates, and also ensure your TR_BATCH_PERIOD entries go past that performance date.
Beau.

Has your Season Overiview Scheduled task run in Full mode yet? That should pull it through, if it has and it stil hasn't shown up I'd open a suport ticket.
