GA event to sell Raffle Tickets

We have a raffle ticket prize draw.  We have physical tickets and I have build three facilities to reflect the

physical ticket numbers.  I have built a performance with the first facility.  We have already sold tickets

and NOW I'm being told how we will manage the whole thing.  So I rapidly having to learn a whole, today, now.

Hoping someone out there can answer a few questions.

1.  I made a Season specifically for the Raffle so that senior management can track sales. I check the EIS button but the raffle performance doesn't show up in Season Overview - ?

2. I need to use and allocation map for web sales.  When I try to apply the allocation code in Season Maintainence i cannot access the raffle performance.

Its probably simple but I just can't think what I'm missing.  Hope someone in the Tessitura world logs on soon!

  • Sorry about all that folks - calmed down now.

Just need trouble shooting advice about a performance doesn't appear in the Season Overview even though the Season it is in has "display eis" checked??

    Thank you.

  • Has your Season Overiview Scheduled task run in Full mode yet? That should pull it through, if it has and it stil hasn't shown up I'd open a suport ticket.

  • Hey Darrell,

We manually add seasons into the EIS SQL jobs when we create a new season, so you might need to do that in SQL Management Studio?

Otherwise, do check your season start and end dates, and also ensure your TR_BATCH_PERIOD entries go past that performance date.

  • One other thing to check is to make sure that your price map has a category of tickets

  • Hi, Darrell:

You must have a scheduled job that updates Season Manager; you can edit it so that, instead of pulling specific seasons to update, the query will run for all active seasons of type # that have the EIS box checked. If you search the tech forum, there should be at least two versions of such a script available.
