We're looking to waive our processing fee on any cash/check orders but increase the fee for those patrons using a credit card. I have been playing with the Fees area but do not see fee rules determined by Payment method as an option. Does anyone have any suggestions or have any insight as to how we might go about this?

You may want to check your merchant agreement. Many card companies prohibit doing anything to create a disincentive for using credit cards over another payment method.
