Adding a 'comp' ticket to a normal ticket.

We usually do these offers as a 2for1, the extra comp became problematic when we trialled it from a Finance point of view.

We are trying to do a promotion for Mothers day where if you purchase 1 ticket, you can get another one free (for your mother).

I'm not quite sure how we would achieve this.

Has anybody done this before?

We are looking at doing it on the web and through the application.
