Hi Everyone!
I have rolled over our 2 MSO Classic Series and then did a Seat Cancellation for them because the pricing did not rollover. I wanted to go back in and rollover everything over again and am not able to. Is it possible to do a second rollover?
Also, if I have created a new pricing map and I am rolling over from a old pricing map, how do you get pricing to show up? What did I miss?
I realize this sounds crazy, but I am in a pinch. HELP!

You can reset your rollover set and run it again. See page 17 and following of the document Package_Administration-Rollovers_Renewal_Notices_and_Seat_Cancellations.doc that is in Documentation in the Ticketing folder.
When you do a rollover, you can specify that you want to use the same price type as in the orders being rolled over, or you can set up values in the tr_rollover_price_mapping table pointing old price maps to new ones. If you have a standard subscription price type, and you have attached a new price map to it for the new season, it should pick up the new prices when you do the rollover.
