Hi Everyone!
I have rolled over our 2 MSO Classic Series and then did a Seat Cancellation for them because the pricing did not rollover. I wanted to go back in and rollover everything over again and am not able to. Is it possible to do a second rollover?
Also, if I have created a new pricing map and I am rolling over from a old pricing map, how do you get pricing to show up? What did I miss?
I realize this sounds crazy, but I am in a pinch. HELP!

Okay, I have figured out the resetting the Rollovers, but I meant to say I created new Zones Maps not pricing maps.
