I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share/show us an example of your confirmation emails for online subscription and single ticket sales.

I'm more than happy to send mine along - however, aside from a few aesthetic and functional modifications, they are just the example confirmations that are included with the API files. If you still want them, just let me know.
