Confirmation Emails

Hello All,

I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share/show us an example of your confirmation emails for online subscription and single ticket sales.

  • I'm more than happy to send mine along - however, aside from a few aesthetic and functional modifications, they are just the example confirmations that are included with the API files. If you still want them, just let me know.

    Hi Reena,


    Happy to share ours with you- they are not html but are automated. We do send out "Concert Reminder" emails that are html, and those are sent manually 1 1/2 weeks prior to concerts. I'll forward that along as well.

    All I did was edit the existing samples. It doesn't look nearly as nice as Jon's but it does the trick.
