So I have done this several times before and cannot figure out why I am getting it wrong this season. I did the programming and rollover just like the past couple of seasons but all of my subscription rollovers are coming up as $0.00 instead of the correct prices. I have checked that the subscriptions are programmed correctly with dollar and price types and can even sell a new subscription at the correct price- so why are my rollovers the only ones being affected?
Thanks for any suggestions,
Janna Ellis
PS I just got back from maternity leave so it could be something REALLY obvious that I am missing...
Did you rollover the orders with a blank order dt or a specific one? If they rolled over with a date outside the range of the pricetypes/mos that'd do it.
Also- do you use price mapping? If you map to a price that is not on the package it can have this result (ask me how I know....).
Or if the MOS was not applied to either the perfs or the pkgs at the time of rollover, that'd do it. If they were applied afterward that'd explain why you can sell a new one, but the RO comes up with nothing.
I checked price map and and prices as well as MOS. The Rollover is going but all prices still say $0.00. Not sure what to do now.
I am copying the previous pricing so that should not be an issue as well as leaving the date blank on the rollover manager...
You need to make sure that the Price Type you are rolling over has sale dates that include the date you are doing the rollover.
If you go into one of the rollover orders, enter an order dt, and change the pricetype to any of the other ones available, and then change it right back, does the price suddenly show up?
