Constituent Records

Hello Everyone!

Does anybody know of a way to flag up unwanted customers on Tessitura?

I have already inactivated the record, but very aware that if anyone sees that they will just re-enter the customer in the system.

Is there a simple solution to my problem?

Thanks

Jennie

  • We have a CSI type that puts a warning constituency into an account. It’s the highest ranked constituency, so it is always first. The constituency short description is “!!!”. Anyone who sees this knows to look into the account to see what the issue is with the customer. This is used for people who have a history of credit card chargebacks, bounced checks, and other types of unpleasantnesses. If the CSI is resolved, the constituency disappears.

    Jennie,

We also handle these with a CSI, and we add an Action to it (called ATTENTION) which generates a Flag (“READ CSI”) in the constituent header. The flag is very visible and our staff know that they have to read the CSI before doing anything with the patron. Resolving the issue removes the flag. Feel free to contact me if you want more details.
