Performance ID number

Does anyone  know if the performance ID number is available as a data element in ticket design? Or would this fall under the "user defined" category in the data element dropdown.

    We want to print the performance ID because we are going to be allowing patrons to redeem their flex passes they bought online. In talking with our web team, they requested that because we are going to treat them like an exchange to be able to redeem them. They are sold out of a generic performance so in order to do the "exchange" or redemption, the API needs to know what performance its coming out of. Does that make sense?

    That is not available. Custom would be the way to go. You can find a listing of all the available elements in the Ticket Design ( http://www.tessituranetwork.com/~/media/Documentation/Ticketing/Ticket_Design.ashx ) document.

    Just curious, why do you want to print performance ID on tickets?
