Seat Cancellation for Comp Subs?

Seat cancellation does not release comp seats.  Comp seats are considered fully paid, and the seat cancellation process does not release paid seats.  You can read up on Seat Cancellation in the Package Administration document:  http://www.tessituranetwork.com/~/media/Documentation/Ticketing/Package_Administration-Rollovers_Renewal_Notices_and_Seat_Cancellations.ashx

Would anyone happen to know if the default behavior for the Seat Cancellation utility is to release Comp Subscription Seats, seeing as they have no payments against them?

Comp line items are considered fully paid, and as such will not be cancelled by Seat Cancellation.
