Last Friday we had a 7 PM performance go off sale exactly at 7, even though it was set to go off sale at 8. I have checked everything I can think of -- MOS says off sale at 8, price map says off sale at 8, default end date says the same. This was the full price adult ticket, set up when the season was created.
If anyone can suggest another place for me to look, or another avenue to pursue, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Cindy
Yes, I have checked the price maps, the MOSs and the default end dates and times – all are OK.

On the pricing tab in Performance Setup. The dates are set on the price map, which is in the right panel as you click on a price type from the left panel.

I don’t see anywhere to check the end date on a price type. Also, this is a price type (full price adult) that we use for all performances, and we used it successfully for both Sat and Sun.

Have you checked the end dates on your price types?

I don’t use the publish dates field, so that is not it.
We have also checked that the time on the server is correct, and that the time on our PCs is correct and in the right time zone.
