Last Friday we had a 7 PM performance go off sale exactly at 7, even though it was set to go off sale at 8. I have checked everything I can think of -- MOS says off sale at 8, price map says off sale at 8, default end date says the same. This was the full price adult ticket, set up when the season was created.
If anyone can suggest another place for me to look, or another avenue to pursue, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Cindy
Hmmm…when you say off sale do you mean it wasn’t showing up in your calendar? Perhaps your Publish Client date was set to 7 PM?
