We are preparing to sell performances in our new hall but are having some trouble with the setup.
The performances appear on the calendar, but in red. We cannot select them to add to an order. As far as we can tell, the setup is correct. The box office manager has built many facilities successfully in the past so we are a little stumped.
The only difference between this setup and previous ones is that the facility was built by another box office in the consortium and then copied using the Facility Copy utility. Once we had our copy in place, we control grouped it.
Anyone have some "gotcha's" we might want to look for in the setup that have tripped you up in the past?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Levi,
Check the Associated Modes of Sale under the Maintain Allocation Codes of the facility. I believe you need to have your modes of sale listed under there, even if you don’t have allocation codes. I could be wrong, but I’ve always had to make sure all my MOS are there and we do very few allocation codes.

The facility was copied immediately after it was built in Tess. So there were no allocations put in place. The MOS dates look to be correct and the performances indicate that they are on sale.
We are looking at the best seating map right now. When we run "Validate Completeness" in facility manager, we get "Best Seat Group Unassigned" errors. Hopefully this will lead us down the right path.

Is it possible the seats have allocations that are only good in the other org's MOSes? Although if that were it you'd probably be able to select it in an order and then you'd just get an error seating...
You're sure the perf is On Sale and the MOS start and end dates aren't the problem? Especially this time of year, end dates often trip me up because of the year... muscle memory typing whatnot.
