I was wondering how different organizations handle student ticketing, particularly online.
Do you offer online student ticketing? Do you restrict access via offers or MOS, use rankings, or other methods? Do you verify student status before or during purchase, or at will-call? What limits do you impose?
Looking for any and all input from any type of organization.
Another (non-Tessitura) organization I work for offers student pricing to online customers with a ".edu" e-mail address. Checking for this kind of address is built into the web code. The tickets are print-at-home and no college ID card is required.
